My mission as a birth doula, is to make birth YOURS, ensuring that you feel empowered and informed every step of the way. I provide continuous emotional support, helping you navigate any fears or anxieties while fostering a calming environment. Physically, I offer comfort techniques such as breathing techniques, position changes, and massage to enhance your relaxation and pain management during labor. I’m here to provide evidence-based information, guiding you through your options and helping you advocate for your birth preferences with your healthcare team. My commitment extends to your partner as well, offering them the tools and support they need to be actively involved in the experience. After your baby arrives, I continue to be a resource, assisting you as you adjust to new parenthood. Together, we can create a positive and meaningful birth experience tailored to your wishes.
Birth with Jenny Package
Price: $1,200 – $1,800
- Hospital, birth center, or home birth support
- Two 2-Hour prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, provide useful tools for labor and birth for you to feel empowered and supported, spinning babies if needed, as well as establish your postpartum plan
- fear release – A prenatal fear release is a process or practice designed to help expectant mothers and fathers address and alleviate fears and anxieties they may have about pregnancy, childbirth, and becoming a parent.
- Birth preferences assistance to help you clarify preferences for birth and explain options available to you
- Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby’s birth
- Help with any concerns and information about holistic and natural remedies to minor pregnancy discomforts
- Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help your baby latch on properly and encourage the establishment of breastfeeding
- Two postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period
- Unlimited phone and chat support to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and early labor
- Helping the mother process the birth experience and offering emotional support as she adjusts to her new role.
*** If during the course of your pregnancy your OB suggests a planned c section, we can discuss my continuous support during your c-section or transfer $1000 towards the postpartum package.
