My mission as a birth doula, is to make birth YOURS, ensuring that you feel empowered and informed every step of the way. I provide continuous emotional support, helping you navigate any fears or anxieties while fostering a calming environment. Physically, I offer comfort techniques such as breathing techniques, position changes, and massage to enhance your relaxation and pain management during labor. I’m here to provide evidence-based information, guiding you through your options and helping you advocate for your birth preferences with your healthcare team. My commitment extends to your partner as well, offering them the tools and support they need to be actively involved in the experience. After your baby arrives, I continue to be a resource, assisting you as you adjust to new parenthood. Together, we can create a positive and meaningful birth experience tailored to your wishes.
The Held Mother Birth package
Price: $1,500 – $2,000
Your package includes:
- 2 prenatal visits
- Continuous text and phone support throughout pregnancy
- On-call labor and birth support
- Continuous support during labor and delivery
- 2 postpartum visits for recovery, processing, feeding support, and adjustment to postpartum life
- Payment plans are available, with the option to divide payments into up to 4 installments. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your estimated due date.
Scheduled Cesarean Births
If your birth plan changes and you require a scheduled cesarean birth, you will have the option to:
- Have me attend and support you during your cesarean birth, or
- Apply a $750 credit toward postpartum doula support packages
The Continuum Care Package
Price: Starting at $6,250

The Continuum Care Package is designed for families who want consistent, nurturing care from pregnancy through the early postpartum weeks, with support that adapts to your family’s unique needs along the way.
This package combines comprehensive birth doula support with overnight and daytime postpartum care, allowing families to feel deeply held, rested, and supported during one of life’s biggest transitions.
